I had an older version of WD media player which even though worked ok but was unable to read the DTS audio files so I was thrilled to see this new media player out for sale.but my excitment was short lived as I was able to enjoy the product for 5 to 6 session at max and now its just blinking but not workink. the trouble shooting in manual guide indicates there is diagnostic system failure and ask to contact the tech support. I do agree with many reviewers that it is very difficult to know which one is worst! the product or the support.Even though I do believe on OLD saying "Never say Never" but WD would be my first in never buy again list for not necessarly by this failed product but for lousy incompetent support division.Get more detail about Western Digital WD TV Live Network-ready HD Media Player WDBAAN0000NBK-NESN.
